Intel has more than 15 45nm Hi-k product designs in various stages of development, and will have two 45nm manufacturing fabs in production by the end of the year. how much improvement over intel quad core chip in real use? Do you think water cooling is recomended for the new chip?

There is no way to know as Nehalem isn't even made yet and no application on the market today uses all the new SSE4 instructions...
