I just can't believe some people are like that. Funny thing was about two weeks ago my friend Doug and I were at BK in O'Fallon, MO and we sat there for about 5 minutes at the drive through before they said anything. Finally they took our order and we pulled up... We were the only ones there and it took 15 minutes for our order to be made. The whole time we sat there a guy was mopping the floor and the manager said they were understaffed with no cook... Why be open then?
