A lot of Charters revenue decline is likely being caused by AT&T's Uverse and the newer lower price structers of the satellite carriers. Charters been loosing money for almost a decade now. Thier bankrupcy likely has very little to do with our current economic climate and alot to do with poor sales and customer support.
