Terrible and now on my top ten list of worst movies of all times. I usually like a movie with John Cusack in it but I think he lost a bet or something.
I can sum it up with this, take some crackers if you're going to see this because there is plenty of cheese in this movie.

You couldn't tell that from the trailers? I'm sorry, but when the airplane flies UNDER the colapsing building instead of over.... well, I'm done.

Re: 2012 Movie Review
I'm done with movies when I see the PG-13 rating... If it's not rated R i usually don't like it... call me crazy
When I saw the preview for the first time I was like, woah that is interesting... Then at the very end it said PG-13 and looked more and more cheesy every time I saw it like Skip said.

I would imagine this would be the same as if someone made a movie about the swine flu. People are all hyped up about the 2012 prophecy. All we need now is another Waco, TX event because some religious wackos think the world is going to end.

Re: 2012 Movie Review
My girlfriend dragged me along to see this. And it's what I expected. Cheese.
Now if you turn your brain off it's about as entertaining as "The Day After Tomorrow" was. It's certianlly just as plausable in that it would never happen in a million years. I think my biggest problem with it was it's political messages. I don't know if it's just a sign of the times or what.

A comedian (can't remember who) said once "So many idiots, so few comets" in reference to Heavens Gate. I must agree about the doomsdayers. Even if it was true, what the heck am I gonna' do about it?vicaphit wrote:I would imagine this would be the same as if someone made a movie about the swine flu.
