Well i decided to save my self some money and try and loose some wieght. Instead of having Taco bell and cheeseburgers (aka heart stoppers with cheese) i decided to get some lean microwaveable stuff that i can eat while i am at work all day long. Well i guess i made a leet choice.......
its stupid i know, but gotta have fun somehow right

Just like drinking diet soda, its still soda and its still rather bad for you.
diet is even worse. it means the use of sweeteners that are cancerous.
I stoped eating junk 3 years ago (burgers, pizza, soda, margarine, white bread (especially that dicusting toast bread), all garbage that has preservatives and color etc.)

nice!! yeah, i usually spend a good 20 bucks a week on food which takes away from other fun. and also i have gained a good 30 pounds in the past year. Not a lot i know, but it stucks when you look in the mirror and you dont look like how you use to, skinny wise that is. LOL
I know these microwabables arent any healthier, but they certainly are when compared to double cheesburgers, and 1/2lbs burrtios. they are much much cheaper too!!!
Some ways that you can eat healthier without a lot of work or money:
Buy carrots, peel them and put them in an uncovered bowl in the fridge (on a shelf right in front of your eyes). When you feel like a snack, they are right there and they require no work to prepare and eat. (same with celery and other fresh veggies).
Drink lots of water. If you think you're hungry, gulp down a glass of water before reaching for a snack. Sometimes, that can actually alleviate your craving.
Make a pot of chili or soup (use lean meat, yadda yadda yadda), and then freeze it in single-serving containers/ziplock bags. Your next meal just throw it in the microwave like a t.v. dinner.
Buy fruit and put it in a bowl on your coffee table. Wash it as soon as you get home from the store so you can skip that step when you need a snack.
thanks!!!! i will have to try that. the only thing is, i think there is pizza left in there from 3 weeks ago that we keep forgetting is in our fridge. LOL we put stuff in that fridge and forget about it. LOL but you are right i will have to get some fruits and stuff.
