I stummbled upon this

I don't know if it's a hoax. what do you think?

or this: http://www.advanced-intelligence.com/xraycam.html
Law Enforcement

The X-Reflect Camera can see through dark windows making it possible for Law Enforcement people to spot weapon, drugs, and unlawful action going on behind dark car windows. The X-Reflect Camera can also see through dark sunglasses. Therefore if the police uses the X-Reflect Camera, dark sunglasses will look like ordinary glasses, making it possible for police to identify criminal suspects hidden behind dark sunglasses without being rude to ask every suspect to take of their glasses.
I don't know about you but I feel little uneasy to think that cops or other people can peep in anytime they want...
The X-Reflect Camera is able to see through thin and tight clothes, swimwear, sundresses. Yes, you may actually see a person's body or underwear through the external clothes that the person is wearing. Therefore, those parts that are not meant to be seen are made to be seen by the use of the X-Reflect Camera, you may also be able to see through make up on a woman's face as if they have no make up on at all. You may see right through the foundation of the face, the lipstick and so on.

The special lenses have been used by the paparazzi for a long time now. Those fiends. :P

The x-ray vision stuff was actually a side-effect from the infrared night vision mode found on consumer camcorders some years ago. Needless to say they were all recalled, though no one actually returned them, lol.

i dont know if it is real or not, but something you have to keep in mind is that a lot of high school and college students are now doing thier reports and projects online now. I know in economics and physics a lot of kids were doing that and getting extra credit for "thinking outside the box".

I wonder something though, this is done with optics right? While you might not be able to do something about the clothing, eyewear you could. I have a pair of Air Force sunglasses (uncle was in the USAF, got me a pair), and they are mirrored on the outside. The camera can only look through "dark" glasses, so if you were to wear mirrored glasses like that, you could reflect the rays back at the camera without the X-Ray effect, right? Just something that popped into my head, lol.
