Judging by a document released during a copyright trial in which he is accused of plagiarizing the work of two historians, a strict exercise regime and an ambitious, hard-working wife appear to be key ingredients to literary fame.
Always a strong woman behind every strong man! ;)

I think the article uses the term "historian" extremely loosely....
