When will my baby be born?
My original due date was November 11, and the most recent ultrasound says November 8, so the doctor just threw the 10th out there as my 'official' due date.
Also, how much will he weigh?
I'm guessing October 31, 2:30am, 8lb, 4oz.

Re: When will my baby be born?
My wife and I have seven children. After the first three we started to see a pattern of when delivery would arrive. She was nearly two weeks early most of the time.
Without knowing much more, I'll stay with the doc's advice.

Yes, he is a boy. I see that everyone is rooting for me to go early! Hopefully that's the case, but knowing my luck, perhaps I should have guessed Thanksgiving instead!

Re: When will my baby be born?
Well, unfortunately, due to some back problems that started a week and a half ago, I've been forced to stop working and I can't walk the dogs because it's too excruciating... It's really frustrating becuase I don't feel like I can do anything but sit on the couch and twiddle my thumbs.kenc51 wrote:Well if you actually sat down for more than a few mins I would proly have guessed later, but with your hecktic lifestyle I'm guessing sooner than later ;)

And that's a bad thing? You should have your rest (and sleep), especially now while you can!Amy wrote:... Re: When will my baby be born?
I don't mind some freetime...enjoy watching tv or just sitting around...but the thing is that I CAN'T do anything else! I love taking the dogs for walks, need to do some cleaning or shopping...even doing a load of laundry is painful. Poor Illuminati has to come home after work and do more work that I can't do
I can only take so much of this. The only upside is that I'm able to get some reading done. I'd rather have all of this rest at intervals instead of all at once...

Sitting around and eating for two. Yes, that is great rest before the delivery time. Once you're back home life will greatly change. Busy isn't the word for it.
I'm holding our 10 month old right now as I type this.

Re: When will my baby be born?
November 14th. 7lbs, 11 ounces.
Get use to not getting things done. It won't happen unless you're paying someone. I have 3 kids, one on the way and it's a whole different ball game. I live with it. Before I'd be freaked with a fingerprint on my T.V. Now, I'm watching the news on a T.V. that someone's used yogurt to fingerpaint on. I think about cleaning, but am too tired. And what's the point because it'll just be back there tomorrow. If you want to be happy, you have to let go of things. Now the two oldest are started to help out. They don't always like it but they're starting to learn not to make huge messes in the first place.
