im sure it'd work with other devices like a radio or something but NOT a tv... the comments under it are funny though!

thing that makes me sure its a fraud is how little the guy puts into the "how-to" element of the vid.

I saw that... He has another video that has him making a "High Def Speaker" out of a paper plate, aluminum foil, and a penny.

I wonder how many people waisted their time trying these things.
