why the "drawn and quartered" punishment should be brought back.

I can not for the life of me figure out what would possess someone to kill a child.

me neither. I say beat them till they die.... no no no, till they are almost dead, then beat em some more!!!!

Some people can't even step on a bug and others can kill children. Thats such a huge variation in human behavior...I just don't get it!
Stuff like this angers me, but I have to remind myself that I am not the judge. One day there will be justice for all.
