Those are great, I have bunch of pics from central offices here in the states. Some of them are stellar. If I think to look for them I'll post a few.

Duh... they call the U.S. for Level 2 Tech Support.

Actually the tech support hierarchy is India->Costa Rica->Canada->US or at least that's the case with HP
