Insider Sells $56.7 Million of Marvell Tech

Anyone remember Sutardja Sehat? He bought Marvell when Intel was selling it years back for $600 million... He just sold off $56.7 million of his own stock - http://www.thestreet.com/story/10453171 ... -tech.html

Wonder if that is a sign of something or if he just cashed some out.
