I was happy with it. it moved quickly. some places it got a little slow for the love story side of it. cool battle senes and effects. but over all I would say its a 8 out of 10

Well, I forgot to ppost my review of the movie.
It was a good movie, not a great one. I was terrified when I saw Jar Jar Binks....luckily he never opened his mouth and only walked through two scenes....
Tstory was pretty good, tied everything together, the fight scenes were awesome and the movie was every bit as dark as we were told it would be.
On the negative...... Anakin's turn to the dark side took about 60 seconds (Basically "Anakin, join the Dark Side"......"Let me think about it for a second....um, okay", then he goes and murders a bunch of kids.....just hard for me to believe anyone with any type of concious or souls would turn so quickly against his own and go as far as he did......just happened too quickly. My only real other issue was how neatly everything was tied together, everything fell into place perfectly, nothing left to the imagination at all, they even tied Chewbacca into the movie as an old friend of Yoda and the Jedi, though in Star Wars there was no mention of anything like that. The scene in the Wookie battle where the Wookie does the Tarzan yell was too over the top and made me roll my eyes.
One last thing that bugged me was how over the course of the three sequels how they made Obi Wan look totally inept, I swear the guy got knocked out and beaten down by everyone! In every movie someone had to save his ass, just not what I expected from the stories hero
All in all a very good and entertaining movie

I enjoyed the movie... but even though I know this episode had to tie into episode 4... its hard knowing the last new Star Wars movie I ever see lets the bad guys win.

Capper... I also couldn't believe that George Lucas couldn't come up with something better than an old tarzan yell for the wookies. Even in one of the older/original Star Wars movies, George used a fierce lion-like roar for Chewy when he encountered Darth Vader.

The only other feelings I have is that I'm afriad to go now and watch episode 4 again because I fear I'm going to think the movie is lame due to older special effects technology. None of the fight scenes have all the action-packed jumping around and flips like the newer episodes...

However, I should probably watch episodes 4, 5, and 6 soon so I don't feel like the bad guys won!

I went and made one of my rare trips to St Louis today to help out my son up in North County up by St Charles and for a reward he took his mom anf myself to go see the movie. I thought it was a fair movie, nothing super fantastic or anything like that. Glad I didn't pay for it myself......................LOL.

i just got back from seeing it. i thought it was pretty sweet, but it wasn't amazing. there were 2 things that i thought could have been better... i wont say what, exactly. one had to do with a random-ass track in one of the soundtracks. the other had to do with a critical fight sequence in the beginning of the movie.

I think i would have rather seen sock pupets doing ep3, Lucas blew it, he had all the chances for great story and decied not to bother. Why right well when you can use special effects and have large fight scenes.

EP3 Thumbs down, dont waste your time rent it and skip the first 2hrs of the movie.
