Since it was ABC, then it probably does stutter and look like crap - its terrible here of late for anything on that channel it seems

Mike
I will take a look at my recording in a bit and see if it does the same.

Re: LOST Stutters Tonight
Watched it last night off my HR-20 HD-DVR. Same problem for like the first 15-20 min of the show.
I've also noticed some problems with the audio the last two eps. Kinda sounds like a blown tweeter even though my speakers are just fine. Like a crackling on the dialogue. I think it's all ABC's fault to be honest as I never have that problem on any of the other 15 or so shows I watch.

I didn't see any problems other than the storyline is starting to suck.

Re: LOST Stutters Tonight
Ours also stuttered from my DVR... And now that you mention it, I do remember a slight echo in the audio on last weeks episode. Glad both accounts were not just me!Skippman wrote:Watched it last night off my HR-20 HD-DVR. Same problem for like the first 15-20 min of the show.

Re: LOST Stutters Tonight
ABC seems to be the worst at HD broadcasting of the major networks with CBS being the best.
Re: LOST Stutters Tonight
Yep, mine stuttered also.
ABC cuts frames I believe and that is why it gets jumpy. I thought i read that somewhere. They are trying to keep higher quality by dropping frames and I think it sux

So what? They're trying to drop from 30FP to 24FP? That's just dumb.
