If you've never heard of the site woot.com, then today is the day to check it out. Woot normally sells one item per day (usually at a great price), but today is something special. They sell a new item as the old item runs out (sometimes in seconds), so you're left there hitting F5 waiting for the next deal to come. It's exciting, even if you don't plan on spending any money.

Anyone get a bag of crap? Did the bag of crap even show up?

It showed up while I was at a meeting. >.<

To make things worse, they did another bag of crap on April Fools and I checked the site at 1:05 (aka 5 minutes too late).

I saw that, though shipping was $1,000,000.

I don't exactly know if the one buyer had to pay that though.

Shipping code SNAIL made it $5...alas I missed it as well.

Woot.com rules. I've gotten a pair of 2GB memory cards for $15 (inc. shipping) and a second Acer AL2216W monitor for some ridiculously low price that I don't remember.

I just ordered a pair of power inverters for $30 after shipping. I think I got a pretty good deal!

I got that deal too. I also managed to score a bag of crap two woot-offs ago, and they sure send some random crap.
