A bunch of people here at work use it now as a way to vent throughout the day or pass around messages that are not work related that they want to share but now don't have to do it on company email servers.
As a developer, I see lots of coding-related questions across my twitter page... if you have a bunch of other coders following you, it can be a quick and valuable resource to getting quick questions answered.

I did it cause some of the guys on the cigar forums are using it, so I figured i would try.
