Sporg, you were so close Apoptosis, you get bragging rights because you called the time of birth before me.(Ok, we were a day off)as long as everyone is healthly. When do we get the cigars?
Edit: Justin please give me a e-mail so I can send you out a gift card. I hope you have a Costco wholesale nearby.

Re: Baby Pool
Thanks for all the congrats! Tyler is beautiful, but I might be biased
I went to the doctor Tuesday and got an ultrasound since I had just passed my due date. The ultrasound indicated a weight of 8lbs, 14oz, and the sonographer told me that it could be off a pound either direction. I didn't expect it to be off 2 lbs in the WRONG direction! Neither did my doctor - you should have seen the look on her face when he came out! She sat back with a shocked expression and said, "HOLY COW THAT'S A BIG BABY!!" She also went on to tell me that from now on we'll probably induce before my due date comes around. No one expected his size.
I went into labor Tuesday night around 8pm, and like Apop said he was born at 10:14 Wednesday morning (Jan 6). He shares a birthday with my sister. He is 21.5" long, and his head was 14". We'll be going home from the hospital Friday.
We'll get a pic up eventually

Amy gets more rights than I do though. 14 hours is way longer than I would ever want my wife to endure.vbironchef wrote:ckthecerealkiller, you get bragging rights.
I'm rethinking more children.
Doesn't sound like there were any major complications though (no details required) lol.

Re: Baby Pool
Many thanks for the congrats from everyone! We are home now and getting settled in! Feels a little strange having two kids at home now, but I'm sure the coming weeks will be exciting with our 2 year old getting used to being a big brother. Our two dogs will no doubt be curious as well!
