coolio i always hate myself when i leave my mp3 player plugged in too long(my first one was plugged in almost 24/7 and when i replaced it becuz my dad stepped on the screen, the battery lasted as long as it took to turn on....if i was lucky, usually not that long)

I bet the portion that is plugged into the wall still leeches energy like any normal charger.
