Legit Reviews

I just want to let everyone know that in the past hour Legit Reviews has just served up content to visitor number 2,500,000 for 2010! It's hard to believe it, but in under three short months we've had over 2.5 million visitors! I'm not talking hits here folks!

I want to say thanks for everyone and spreading the word about Legit Reviews. When I was 21 years old and in college I dreamed up the idea of starting a hardware review site and I never imagined it becoming this. I remember when getting a few hundred people on the site a day was great day and now 30,000-40,000 visitors a day is considered a great day.

At the end of the day I just hope I have helped each and everyone one of your buy the right hardware when upgrading and building your PC. When I was 18-20 years old I couldn't find an honest review for the life of me and my frustration and being in the right place at the right time is how the site got started. This site was created to help people and I think the site has lived up to it's name. With the site doubling every 2 years or so I can only imagine how large it will be in 2012... I hope I make a post in 2012 saying that we have reached 5 million people in Q1!

Hats off to everyone that has ever been part of LR and to all those in our community!

Hope to still be around when you reach that milestone ;)

Congratulations Nate and all the staff.
I just looked at my joined date, almost 5 years now and it's still one of the only forums I post in.

The progress LR has made in the 1~year I was away is astonishing!

I see all the same familiar faces around the site which is great, but even better is I see new members who have joined in the past year, but not only that; they have high post counts and seem to be accepted at part of the family.
That's what LR is all about to me. You have the front page for info on all the cool stuff, but the forums are somewhere where we all look out for one another; be it a random blue screen or you just had a sh*t day in work and need to vent off into a rant.

Don't change a thing. The main site as you'll see will grow and grow and the forums will follow.

Yeah from Jan 1st 2010 till March 28th 2010 we have had over 2.5 million visitors to the site.

Just amazing! Well done!

It just goes to show, if you create good truthful content, people will visit!

I remember I started because of Kristin flirting with some of the members at quakecon 05. LOL I joined, won a barebone laptop and got hooked ever since..... A truly wonderful place to be!

I'm a fairly new member but I've been a lurker for years. Your honest reviews are what keeps me coming back, you're doing a great job here. With the way you run this site I'm sure you will continue to grow for years to come, way to go.

LOL... I remember that trip... I didn't meet her, but I remember who it was... lol. That was the year she shaved her head!

I like LR for the smaller community! Other major hardware sites just seem to have waaaay too large of a community. I fold for LR because I enjoy the forums here, otherwise I would have never bothered.
