It used to happen with my 3 man water balloon launcher when I was younger. The basket/ammo holder gets out of sorts. You had to stretch it out every time you shot it or end up with a balloon/egg in your face.

just seen this from a friend on facebook and i really feel sorry for her and yet she still had to finish :lol: the slow-mo replay looks so painful as it threw her head right back. in fact i can't believe she never broke anything!
