deal gone wrong

ok, long story short... kid puts up a set of gears for sale says "new, asking 100" well then (after cashing the check) says thats it not enough... the fight is on, well sed kid digs his hole deeper by slinging **** around and then comes out that the gears are not new but used and... well its funny to watch him hang himself, but sad very sad that this stuff goes on...
stuff like this that makes it a pain to deal on-line....
