Roy Blunt from my state Missouri, is the Co-Sponsor of the bill. His twitter page is using an image that was taken from a blog. That could get Twitter shut down under the current language.

We need business leaders in government not politicians. We need people who understand what they are doing before they propose or rule on a bill. Too many times these old farts propose a tech related bill but don't know the first thing about what they are proposing.
