If they keep loading my personalized homepage as a big white nothing! FF 1.5...just got a new 17" LCD but I don't think that's it.

you might need to enable cookies. check with explorer, if it works - then you need some adjustments in firefox options.

On that topic...I have a personalized homepage, but it never remembers me so if I want to view it, I have to log in every time... any suggestions?

Your cookies are being cleared every time you close your browser, have you tried checking the remember me box? And still gotten logged out every time? Then your cookies are getting nuked every time you shut off your browser. My login works on IE, but not FF...any ideas? Yes, Google cookies are allowed.

EDIT: My L337 skillz led me to "RIP" the whole Google site by accident, that is, ad-block it! I undid the RIP and it works now. I'm a n00b....

Yes, I have tried the "remember me" box...it works with other sites like this one, hotmail and yahoo....just not google.

if justin or anyone else checks their email on your computer or something, it will automatically be logging you out

wait a minute...

now it makes sense -- duh! I have my profile under MY gmail, but I have the Gmail Notifier logged in as OUR account...geez -- I'm a bright one, ain't I??
