Jamal al-Badawi Escapes!

Interpol issues ‘urgent global security alert’ after tunnel escape in Yemen. Jamal al-Badawi, a man considered a mastermind of the USS Cole bombing that killed 17 sailors in a Yemeni port in 2000 was among 23 people who escaped from a Yemen prison last week, Interpol said Sunday.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11172994/
Interpol said in a statement that at least 13 of the 23 escapees were convicted al-Qaida fighters, who escaped via a 140-yard-long tunnel “dug by the prisoners and co-conspirators outside.”
WOW after all the BILLIONS of dollars spent to get them they dug a 140 YARD tunnel and got out...

a bullet to the head would of prevent that and also the additional prison costs...
I have no idea why they keep them alive (so now he can kill even more americans) :?
when the terrorists take american (or other) prisoners, they just chop their head off, in return they get a prison cell with the possibility of escape...

That's ridiculous. Convicted non-US citizen terrorists should not get the benefit of the doubt that is given to them through imprisonment. As in, by imprisoning them, we give them enough credit to NOT kill them. They should be executed.

A bullet in the head will do only harm......You would only be providing ammo to their propoganda cause...Guilty people should always be made stand trial before the people. This goes for boths sides ;)

The question in this case is: What was he doing in a prison in Yemen?
There are alot of less suspicious people being held in "prison" in Cuba etc.
Digging a tunnel to escape!....come-on...I've being watching that in movies like "the great escape" since i was a kid.....How could they not miss that?

How stupid do the guys in charge of this guy feel now?

Now there are 13 soon to be heros free......

Maybe it's a secret plan by the US gov't to let him get out so they can pop a cap in his ass. Yeah, that's it...
