Vinyl Design

Anyone here any good at designing a banner for my computer as would love to get a one designed so I can use it to transfer the design on to rigid pvc for the inside of my RIG?
When I first looked at this I didnt think about it much!
Since then my wife, niece and a few others have jumped into the Vinyl world and its Off Shoots!!!
Here's a couple pics of a cup my Niece made for me! The images used are Vinyl under a clear coat!
