yeah, 2023 for me is starting off like 2022, with covid ](*,)

here is to rest of '23 being all upside from here on out. :drinkers:

Increase rent and covid will soon vacate. Most landlords are doing that in the UK to get unwanted tenants out. Might work for you :)
