I say let them get wasted if they want and get run over or jump off balconies...hopefully they die from it, i dont want those genes being past on to the next generations. its also a form of population control...

I bet Mexican restaurants are going to be hurting in just over a month! I'd like to read the public drunkeness law....surely it has an exemption for places that serve alcohol? I can see how you shouldn't be drunk in a grocery store, or Wal-Mart or the bank or something, but a bar or restaurant? I think this is getting a little too cracked down. They should just station the police outside the bar and nab drunks as they get in the car instead. That makes more sense to me.
