Sunday 4-9 I spent all day out at the Texas Motor Speedway watching my first in real Nascar race. I guess the best part of it was seeing a real "Desert Rat" For us BF2 people that is the american buggy. TIS WAS LOTS OF FUN!!

Here are some pics and one vid of that day.

Never really got into nascar, some of the guys at my work on the other hand. One guy has a scale home depot car hood on his cube wall.

Now that buggy onthe other hand, now that I could get into. could be a nice scale rc build hmmm.

Guess its all relative to where you sit and how sensitive your ears are.

I know when I go watch drag races I take a pair, those funny cars can leave your ears ringing.

oh no!!!! I dont have sensitive ears and i love loud noises, but this was LOUD!!

for sitting there for 5 or 6 hours it is a must to have ear protection. I did a few laps without anything to get the full effect, after that it was really really loud. Most of what you see are earphones because police scanners are huge there to listen to the dirvers and pit crew.
