My Ex-Brother-in-law's Dad would work in the day, and then at like 2am(or whenever they close) go to tittie bars' parking lots with his smoker . I once asked him how much he made, and he told me enough to pay his monthly 2x car payments, with some spare
He had welded about 5x industrial propane tanks together (Maybe 5ftx2ft) 2x groups of two, 1x stand-alone, then cut a lid into 'em. I can't remember how he did the wood/chips pit though. He had them connected to his trailer 2x on each side and one on the front. I was seriously surprised at how much meat he sold each night to justify like 20 feet of BBQers. Guess us Texans like our Titties, Beer, and Brisket

One of my co-workers does the the cooking thing for the kiwanis chapter he belongs to. He has 2 converted propane tanks, 1 500gal tank and 1 1,000gal tank. Both are set on trailer axles. I forgot how many hundreds of pounds of roasts he can cook in a day for the charity cooks they do every couple months.
