ok, need a good body shop in the st. charles mo. area, the shop I used for everthing before closed when the owner died.
I wish people would hang up and drive. Yeah, I know my car might be a POS but its My POS and I'm kinda atached to it so I want to get it fixed, any help would be cool.
Mudd auto body sucks... Bell and Osborn autobody in st. peters are family friends and I took my jeep to them to fix it a few years back the paint they used has faded and peeled off and their lifetime warranty doesn't apply cause I go off road... screw bell and osborn. I know the ownersand two of the body guys up at O'Fallon auto body and wouldn't ever use them. Button auto body is so-so... my friend angie just took a car their and when she got it back it rattled and the door didn't line up, but after a month of bitching the finally fixed it a bit... I do know one guy that used to work at a body shop for 5+ years and now runs a body shop form home and does the cash deals. He lives in O'Fallon down Highway P and was the one that helped me paint my 1969 firebird frame and all. Give me a PM if you want his number - I've known him since I was 8 and I'm going on 26, so I've known him a long time (he's 32).
As for the estimate.... anyplace will work... go to a few and turn in the highest.
yeah I was good friends with Ray Osborn... He was the one that taught me how to paint cars... I've done a dozen or so, but it's been a couple years since I don't have a place to paint anymore. I still have all the line filters and my gun though ;)
