yeah, glue on the fake nails, but doesn't bother to paint her own nails to match?

Wal-mart (really all stores) needed to be a little more careful selling returned items as new (illegal in many states), making sure the parts are all there AND cleaning off ANY content.
Blaming it on Microsoft is pretty stupid, AND
if the story is true (seems odd that they didn'rt return it when the charger was missing) walmart should be prepared to pay quite a bit more in damages.

I agree.
The policy of selling returned items should be cleared out exactly - what the item has been since return
, cleaned , checked and all

I was busy writing the X1950 Pro review.... darn the luck!
Back on topic: Wal-Mart had better be ready to spend some bucks on this. I know it's not their policy to put something like that back on the shelf so I see some store employees looking for new jobs soon.

Hmmm.... I can't help but wonder if maybe the Zune "didn't" come with the gay Pr0n and that mayhaps someone is just trying to get some attention, or a lawsuit against Wal-Mart by planting it there after buying it then claiming it was already on there. Besides, at the risk of sounding politically incorrect, I'd expect the gay community would be more likley to purchase an iPod rather than a Zune...
Reminds me of the finger tip in a bowl of chili story......

I had heard about this, but thought it was just a rumour... holy crap, that sucks for Wal-Mart, as well as the family that bought the Zune...
Has anyone actually seen a Zune on the shelf? I didn't even realize that it was being released so soon! Perhaps all of the PS3/Wii hype drowned out the Zune launch?

Just goes to show you how sickening society can be. Wal-Mart has the reputation of taking back anything and you know that during the holidays they're not checking the items for anything but if it can be reshelved. It sounds like to me that Wal-Mart should do more than a measely $25.00 gift card.

That's why I said
IF it is true.
seemed strange they didn't return it as soon as the found the charger missing, and I thought it odd that in the tape one of them says "1hour and 44 minutes of 5 men having sex" seems they must have watched pretty closely to get all the details.
