The pc is very laggy, I find the responses like moving to the left are very slow its like seeing myself in the past, even on medium settings. It also seems to shoot and there is no shooting sounds and if there is it is like 2 seconds afeter I have shot. Its like the game just wont work properly. I can tell my hardware is struggaling with the game.
Aslo my new Razer Mako THX Certified 2.1 Speaker System has starting to crackle and distort whenever i play on the new games I have installed, what could this be?

Ive plugged my sound system into the on board sound card and i am not getting any sound. Is there a way to enable the sound card, i tried device manager and sounds and audio devices but I cant find the right option to turn on the sound card.

when i say onboard i mean the one thats next to the usb and ethernet ports, and if you want to enable/disable it you have to install drivers first and enable/disable it in the bios

You can go back to old school troubleshooting. Uninstall or disable everything you don't need to boot up. Whats your CPU usage at? I gave my bro a computer that should have played almost everything and was having similar issues. His CPU usage was siting at 50% all the time after he got a hold of it. It turned out to be a wifi card he put in that was causing issues.

Did you look for a BIOS update? Also are all of your drivers up to date?
