Vista Only Game Cracked For XP

ONE OF THE FIRST games released to be played only under Microsoft's Windows Vista, has been cracked to play on a legacy operating system known as Windows XP.

I dont think legacy mode will work since games like halo 2 are not compatible with XP.
I think halo 2 needs vista for the dx10 whether you have a dx10 card or not.

nope, the program works. I have seen it. Halo 2 running on XP, it works, problem is, you are susceptible to crashes.

well I just got done playing a good portion of Halo 2 on Win XP so yeah its possible! not only that but I just played it for about 4 hours and it never crashed once. It played silky smooth on my 8800gts @ 1680x1050 with max settings but this is to be expected considering the visuals are a tad dated. Still its a good game with excellent story telling feels like a movie when you play it.
Also I fail to see how playing a game you pay for is warez even if you hack it to run on an OS it doesn't natively support.
Thirdly im going to have to get used to these new forums! I like!

It's most likely written in the EULA that any use of third-party software that somehow modify the game files is prohibited.
Although I think it's a pretty bad attempt at getting some gamers to buy Vista and it obviously didn't work.

Well, after buying the game i managed to get it going with a guide on how to, but i suppose i cant post it can i? what if i cough and it slips out??? if you want to know how PM me.
Oh yea, i first installed it on my bros machine whos got almsot the exact same specs as me run fairly well on medium, Runs Perfect on mine with everything on maximum!!! Thats right it runs better on XP!!!

You can post it, as long as it's not from any known torrent/warez sites (or any sites known for dodgy pop-ups or ones that try to load viri via java script / activex etc.).
Information is information.......
Please keep the tread free of (specific) instructions on how to "crack" or reverse engineer software...
