The time has arrived to cash in your voucher!

Valve has announceda number of Half-Life 2 pre-order options for those who want to purchase the game over Steam. Coupon holders are entitled to the bronze package, which includes a Half-Life 2 pre-order and Counter-Strike Source. More expensive silver and gold packages are also available that bundle in additional Valve software titles and swag.

I know there has been a lot of release dates rumored, but a friend of mine said a VERY credible website mentioned HL2 will probably be hitting store shelves November 2nd. I'm not sure of the website though. I'd have to ask him again.

Valve putting HL2 downloadable today says something in itself too! ;)
