Re: Call of Duty: World at War Beta
Been playing it, a lot of fun but definitely buggy. The invisible walls are irking me, also the set of spawn points is kind of small- you can get spawn-killed really easily. I also noticed that other people's skill level is insane compared to mine. If I jump and shoot I won't hit anything, that guy killed me in mid-air.
The biggest issue I have seems to be latency. I do get lag problems on my cable at peak hours (congestion and comcast suck), but the game seems to ping outrageously even for that. With the larger servers I'm pinging like 600-3200. I play smoothly for awhile, then it disconnects and kicks me. One time punkbuster didn't initialize and it booted me.

it just happens that your skill.exe file is exactly the same as aimbot.exe....martini161 wrote:lol, ive been kicked by many a paranoid admin who thought the same thingDaIceMan wrote:*cough* aimbot *cough*martini161 wrote:i guess ill just wait for the final retail verison to come out, not that much longer. rehone my skills on cod4 in the mean time :p i was once at the point where i could headshot people jumping out of windows with teh r700. thems were the days
