I cant believe I am the first to post this game!!!! If its not college, work, or sleep.... its left4dead. This game is simply AH-MAZ-HING!!!! For anyone that has played it already, I know you can vouch! The versus mode is really really fun! If you have not played it yet, you havent lived yet.... YES ITS THAT AWESOME!!!! The way i describe it to others is, "Its like playing the movie 28days later, or 28weeks later." I cant really say its the most realistic game, since zombies arent real...., but from a movie stand point its spot on.

My best moment so far is when the last wave of zombies were moving in just as the helicopter landed in NO Mercy, and kristin went down as we were all escaping. I was low health so i was limping. I turned around to see the horde moving in as i was rescuing her while everyone was yelling "COME ON!!! LEAVE HER, JUST COME ON!!!". I finally got her up and as we were both limping backwards for the chopper all while shooting the horde off. It was seriously just like something you would see in a super intense action movie... LOL I got sooo many achievements for doing that too, IT WAS AWESOME!!

So, what you are saying is, we should play Left4Dead?

I've heard its a good game. I've also heard that the campaign is short though, like an hour.?

I just received L4D in the mail, installed the game, and my hopes were dashed when I saw there has already been an update, which means no single player for me until I can get access to a fast connection. I will be happy with single player until I can get a broadband connection at home.

Was watching some friends play it the other night, need to get it. Looks great.

I got it three days ago, i played it on my bros pc for 25 minutes, 3minutes later i was getting it off steam.. LOVED it ever since!!! SO uber cool, all my friends are getting it too. Maybe we can make a LR L4D clan

I've just got it too, and think it's really fun.

We should arrange times for people here to play it together too

I like that Idea. I picked it up Saturday for a lan. Short campaigns but fun as hell

As soon as I get broadband (whenever that will be) I will hop on and play some rounds with everyone. If we could get 8 people we can do versus also!

I got this game for the 360 about 2 weeks ago and my first thought was that it was rediculously basic and I couldnt believe the reviews. But after I played for awhile it kind turned into one of those games that I would probably play when I didn't need anything complicated (Gears 2, WAW, etc.) Its kind of like Halo in a sence where when there is nothing else to play, you can rely on this for some great gameplay.

It's so much better on the PC with proper controls, and playing online with friends takes it to a whole new level.

They probably had to dumb down the difficulty so that people could still stay alive with just thumbsticks for aiming.

Love this game, drop dead fun.

Wish I had some extra cash to get it for my brother, so we could play together. I want him to pay off his debt, so I am keeping from telling him about this game, since he isn't a serious gamer.
