Dark Age of Camelot...

For those of you MMO fans out there that actually know or still play this game, I have a question to propose.

Seeing as how DAoC is getting up there in years, came out in 2001, I was curious if it would still be able to be played / loaded on Windows 7 64-bit? Friend of mine brought up how the game itself is 32-bit so I was just curious. If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the information!

You can always try compatibility mode. That seems to work pretty well.

Not sure what that is exactly. I don't have my new rig in yet, and I won't have a chance to try it out until about mid December. How does compatibility mode work?

You can choose to run the game with compatibilty for XP. You just right click on the EXE file, go to properties, then the compatibilty tab, and choose XP.

Thanks for the help there Vicaphit. I'll be sure to let you know if it does or doesn't end up working out.
