~20fps with 4aa @ 1600x1200
eitherway... anygood?

Here is a screen shot of the Call Of Duty 2 single player demo at 1024x768 with tri-linear filtering and 4x AA enabled on an ATI X800XT video card. I have FRAPS running and get 60-70FPS outside with planes flying, explosions, and while driving. In close combat in the city i get around 40-50FPS.

My brother just played it and said it was a pretty sweet demo! He said the graphics are nice, and I have to agree! Wow...

He also said the gameplay is pretty darn good too!

that looks cool
I've always been a fan of the COD and MOH games...
Now that COD2 has good graphics and better AI --> can't go wrong...

Nice demo with nice graphics.
AI was decent, not much better than in the original CoD I'm afraid, the AI still doesn't know how to properly take cover.
Too bad I couldn't enjoy it that much with just my 6200.
640x480 with mostly maxed options and 2xAA, still only had like 40 fps.
Only real complaint was that it took 20x as long to download than it took to play through. That lasted less than 15 minutes, lol. More like a preview than a demo.

Welcome to the forums Kerii... When a demo ends too quick that means it was good! I enjoyed the demo and look forward to playing the full game. The game is far from shocking, but still is going to be fun to play this winter.

Thanks for the welcome.

Been around for a while though, just never got around to registering on the forums.
(Way too many forum memberships already.)
Of course, a Pentium M was never offered in any of the previous contests so...
Erm... getting a bit off-topic...
Anyways... yeah, maybe you're right. I enjoyed the demo too much and blazed through it, the gameplay is just so easy to pickup.
Maybe I should try on a harder difficulty level, I might actually find a use for the lean keys then.

640x480 max settings and 4xAA
Ahh... my trusty old eVGA 6200 (128-bit 256MB version mind you) overclocked to 460/560 (300/500 factory) and this is the best it can manage.
