Those people are nuts!!! I went to Best buy to get some xmas presents and there was a line wrapped around the building to get the Xbox!!! thats just nuts in my book! but hey, more power to ya!

I drove by my local Best Buy and yelled out they only have 34 systems and laughed at the line of 300 people.

lol, I knew someone would be stupid enough to actually try that! Now if it were the 7800GTX when it came out, and it was out in stores, I would be using guerilla-style tactics to make sure no one got one, lol

Damn... checking EBay, these things are flying for $1,000+!!!!! That's a HUGE profit! There are even idiots bidding on e-mail addresses pertaining to the 360 and spending $800 on them.

I don't think I'll be buying a 360 for a while. I also want a new video card... my desktop has been sitting idle for practically a year!

IMO, the PC should take precedence to the Xbox, Always!! rofl

personally, I used to be huge on console units, until I started looking into the amazing abilities of PC gaming, and it blew me away, to say the least....sooo now I'm pro-PC gaming, lol

I can't beleive how many ignorant people went out last night, bought one or TWO of these and are selling them on EBay. There are so many people out there who want to actually play these systems, but others had to go and take them away just to sell them elsewhere. Kinda lame if you ask me. I think sales should have been limited, but obviously that didn't happen.

There is some guy on another forum that I visit that bought the delux system and the core system. He took the accessories out of the core system and is selling it on EBay with practially nothing. He says in his auction, "If this auction reaches $1,000, I will include a wireless controller, PGR, and a 64MB Memory module." Weak!


I too lost interest in consoles when I learned about the powers of a PC. I bought a PS2 a couple months after FFX came out and stuck only 15 hours into the game... I own two games for my PS2, about 12 titles for my Gamecube, and 2 for my XBox. Wasted money? Yeah, seems like it.

think I may pick up an xbox or ps2 now that the prices will start to drop. there are a few racing games that I like on the consoles.

the wife has been after me for a while now to get the game cube so she can keep playing the resident evil line of games. dont know maybe since the kids are starting to get old enough for consoles might get a cube.
