As of 14 feb I think its out.
BUT, I have read and heard an overwhelming number of sources that say the initial release is buggy as hell and the latest patch makes it barely playable.

I downloaded the demo but haven't ran it yet. I just run it for the benchmark but the graphics are nice. Nothing mindblowing.
