dont these guys release if you just churn on mmo's like i think there going to try to do with mythic under ea now, it is going to shatter the mmo market, and make it not nearly as profitable as just a couple great mmos being marketed and released for everyone, isntead of a couple 100..i mean **** sakes... too many mmo's on the market as it is.

EA has added yet another company to their empire, entering into an agreement with Mythic to make them a wholly-owned studio dedicated solely to MMO game creation. While this isn't quite official yet - all the normal channels and regulatory committee have to have their say - EA expects the deal to be completed in their second fiscal quarter of 2007.
The 175 person strong Mythic team will remain in Fairfax, Virginia, and Mark Jacobs, President, CEO, and co-founder of Mythic gets a title change to Vice President, General Manager of EA Mythic. Rob Deton goes from Vice President, COO and co-founder to Vice President, COO of EA Mythic.
"The addition of Mythic to the EA family reflects our deep commitment to the online gaming market worldwide. Mythic will bring one of the industry's most talented MMORPG teams to EA. Together, we will create games that will introduce MMO players to a whole new level of game play and excitement," said Paul Lee, President, EA Studios.
