Gaming is good

Wonder if I should show this to my wife? Although I'm not sure I'd call WoW an action game...
A study by the University of Rochester showed that people who played action video games for a few hours a day over the course of a month improved their vision by about 20 percent.

Video gaming might be good for your eyes but mapping for video games certainly isn't, its the whole reason I needed glasses lol

Further more it took several years before it started making my eyes go bad maybe they should try this experiment over the course of say a year and see how good their eyes are.

I think it made my eyes worse due to eye strain. Now I see eye floaters. :(

Does that include PC games? It seems like my vision has gone down by playing them :(

Unless bad vision can be passed down by your parents :P
