Today in Washington DC at the "SMART 2020: How ICT Can Save the Economy" conference, technology and environmental leaders - including Intel - formed the Digital Solutions Energy Campaign (DESC) to promote the connection between technology and climate change solutions. DESC outlined an IT policy framework for making private industry and governments more energy-efficient through opportunities such as smart buildings and smart grids.
