Victorinox to Debut New Devices at 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show

$100,000 Contest Challenges Attendees to Crack the Code of New Security Products
MONROE, Conn. --(Business Wire)-- Jan 06, 2010 Victorinox Swiss Army (VSA) will be participating in the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) to be held on January 7 – 10 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The brand will debut several new electronic additions to its iconic Swiss Army Knife line. VSA will be located in booth #35708 in South Hall 4 of the Las Vegas Convention Center where attendees can learn more about new and existing products, view interactive demos and register and participate in the $100,000 Victorinox Crack the Code Contest.

“CES delivers the most technologically innovative and inventive products the world has to offer and we are excited to unveil our new devices there,” Victorinox Swiss Army President, Rick Taggart, stated. “Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure our new products remain true to the VSA heritage of quality, function and form, while meeting the everyday needs of today’s modern, multi-tasking consumer.”

New introductions to the Swiss Army Knife line to be showcased at CES include:

* Victorinox Presentation Master – High performance, removable USB flash drive with secure data encryption, fingerprint authentication and up to 32 GB storage - all built into a Swiss Army Knife. Features Bluetooth® remote control for notebook or PC. Product available in flight-friendly version (without blades).
* Victorinox Secure – Swiss Army Knife featuring a removable USB flash drive with secure data encryption, fingerprint authentication and up to 32 GB storage. Product available in flight-friendly version.
* Victorinox Flash – New and improved device (previously known as SwissFlash) that combines all the functionality of a Swiss Army Knife with a USB flash drive offering up to 32 GB of memory. Also available in a flight-friendly version.

In addition to the above mentioned products, VSA will also be showcasing several exciting new product prototypes.

To demonstrate the quality and sophistication of its devices, VSA will host the $100,000 Victorinox Crack the Code Contest, challenging attendees to retrieve secure data from its security products. The contest will take place live on the show floor in the VSA booth and is open to all credentialed 2010 CES attendees. The first participant to break into or bypass the security functions and access the data will win $100,000! All contest participants will receive a special gift for their efforts.
