Super Talent DDR2 Ranked #1 in Futuremark Hall of Fame

Victor Wang/Uni-Team Wins World Title in CPU Score
San Jose, California - July 24, 2007 -- Super Talent Technology, a leading manufacturer of DRAM memory modules and flash storage solutions, catapulted to the coveted #1 ranking in the Hall of Fame on Futuremark.com.

Uni-Team, led by expert overclocker Victor Wang of Shanghai, China, faced off with the most extreme performance gurus in the world to capture the top 3DMark06/CPU ranking. Uni-Team succeeded by selecting the fastest components available and fine tuning them for optimal performance. Uni-Team chose Super Talent DDR2-1000 memory, which they overclocked to 1188MHz at 4-4-4-5 latencies.

Super Talent DDR2 is "fast, stable, especially good for higher memclock with tweaked subtimings so as to provide incredible memory bandwidth for 3DMark benching", explained Victor Wang, and he added "This proves that Super Talent is no doubt a world leading manufacturer of high-end memory."

Futuremark's 3DMark06 is one of the world's most significant benchmarking programs to measure the performance of PC's. Uni-Team attained an unprecedented 3DMark06/CPU Score of 8146, besting the former number one by over 150 points.

Uni-Team's 3D Bench rig with Super Talent DDR2 also reached the #4 ranking in 3DMark06 total score, but subsequently dropped to #8 in the next 2 weeks, under intense recent competition. "Super Talent is committed to building the world's fastest DRAM. We're extremely pleased to see a pair of Super Talent sticks used to break prestigious records like this", commented Super Talent Marketing Director, Joe James.

That's awesome, I really like Super Talent. I had a set of Super Talent 2GB PC2-6400 gray heatspreader GKX memory that were awesome overclockers. Sadly my mobo burnt one of the sticks after a while. I went to Super Talent's website and submitted an RMA request. They called me at home to let me know that my RMA was accepted and issue me the RMA number. Their service was great. On the phone the guy had always a very friendly and "ready to help" attitude. After sending my defective modules in I quickly received spanking new pair of 2x1GB DDR2-800 sticks. Granted, that by now they only had the blue heatspreaders non-GKX kind, but it's ok 'cause those sticks are now in my lady's rig and hers is not OCed as high as mine. :P

Anyway, good for you Super Talent. I hope you stay in the top spots for quite some time. =D>
