MILIPITAS, CALIFORNIA and SINGAPORE, Dec. 6, 2007, SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK) and Trek 2000 International Ltd (SGX: TREK) today announced both companies have mutually agreed to settle their existing disputes by entering into cross licensing agreements. This will enable both companies to work closely together in future through strategic alliances to mutually benefit both parties.
This development will not impact either company’s financial performance in 2007 fiscal year.
