ID Drive Honored in Safety Category by Panel Featuring Hundreds of Reviewers
Scottsdale, AZ - The AmberAlert.com Child ID Drive was awarded as an Outstanding Product of 2007 by iParenting Media in the category of safety, designating it as a product families can feel confident in purchasing for their loved ones.
The Child ID Drive was chosen because of its speed, safety and ease of use. The panel said it was an important product for "having up to date identity, contact information, photos and medical conditions about their child in a secure and convenient location."
The iParenting panel commented on its website (http://iparentingmediaawards.com/winner ... 11-102.php): "The ID Drive is smaller than a pack of gum and attaches easily to a key chain. It can be dropped, immersed in water; we've even tested that it can survive a trip through a washing machine (given 24 hours to dry)."
The Child ID Drive is currently available in both single-child and multiple-child format, and has the capacity to store over 100 photos and images including birth certificates, fingerprints and much more. It requires no software installation and plugs into a computer's USB port. The drive is secure and password protected, and in case of emergency can be presented to law enforcement to speed up the process of issuing an AMBER Alert.
"AmberAlert.com is honored to receive this distinction from iParenting Media," says AmberAlert.com CEO Jeffrey Rassás. "We strive to protect our nation's children and the iParenting Media Awards are highlighting products that have a similar mission."
