Liquid Computing Announces Integration of LiquidIQ to Support Quad-Core AMD Opteron(TM) Processors
LOS ALTOS, Calif. -- Oct. 8, 2007 Liquid Computing, Inc., developer of a new class of scalable fabric computing system, today announced that its revolutionary computing platform LiquidIQ(R) now supports AMD's recently introduced Quad-Core AMD Opteron(TM) processors, the industry's first native quad-core processor, which is now available in the market. The integration of LiquidIQ will provide dedicated communications pipes into each processor to yield significant performance advantages over traditional server implementations.
