Clear Channel Radio Further Expands Station Streaming

800+ Stations to Stream on Reciva-Powered Receivers
SAN ANTONIO --(Business Wire)-- May. 19, 2008 Clear Channel Radio today announced a deal with Reciva, the largest provider of Internet radio modules for use with broadband applications, to stream all of its stations on Reciva-powered receivers. With Clear Channel Radio content available on-air, online, on-demand, through mobile text, and digital broadcasts, this agreement adds to Clear Channel Radio's ever-growing distribution platform.

"Adding Clear Channel Radio content vastly increases the quality programming choices available to our customers. They are the number one music network in terms of workweek streaming(a), so their content is very much in demand," said Ben Terrell, CEO of Reciva. "With 800-plus streaming stations, there's something for everyone's entertainment preference. This announcement solidifies our leadership in the field and strengthens our proposition to CE manufacturers."

U.S.-based companies that manufacture Reciva based Internet Radios include C. Crane, CTA Digital, DMTech, Grace Digital Audio, Sangean, and Tangent. A simple automatic upgrade allows existing radios to receive Clear Channel Radio stations.

"We continue to meet audience demand for Clear Channel Radio's great content by broadening their options for consuming it," said Jeff Littlejohn, Executive Vice President of Distribution Development for Clear Channel Radio. "We're working with a best-in-breed partner with Reciva, the largest Internet radio module manufacturer, allowing listeners to receive all of our streamed content via a single mobile device."
