【Taipei】 At this year's COMPUTEX fair msi is bringing out all new fanless system products by Industrial Platform Service (IPS). These include the MS-9A16 high-performance processing system for Intel® Core™2 Duo, the compact 3.5" Single Board Computer MS-9A19, the MS-9A26 based on the new Intel® Poulsbo XL chipset as well an as updated version of the WindBOX that hot-selling this year. High Performance MS-9A16 – One System, Many Uses
The MS-9A16 supports the Intel® 45nm Core™2 Duo processor and is based on the Intel® GM45+ICH9ME chipset. It has dual DDR2 667/800 SO-DIMM slots that support up to 4GB of memory. DirectX® 10, Shader Model 4.0 and Intel® Clear Video technology, dual displays, HDMI & DVI-I outputs and 5.1 channel high-fidelity sound are all supported. The system can deliver perfectly smooth Full HD 1080p video playback without running noise.

The MS-9A16 is also provided with dual GbE LAN ports, one RS-232/422/485 port, four RS-232 COM ports and six USB 2.0 ports. The extensive range of connection ports give the MS-9A16 more connectivity options and when combined with its excellent processing specifications, make it a great choice for high-end digital signage, kiosk and gaming applications or standard POS and thin client applications.

MS-9A26 Offers Dual Display Support and Solid Graphics Processing Capability
The MS-9A26 ultra-thin fanless mini-system supports the Intel® Atom™ Z510P/530P processor running on the new Intel® Poulsbo XL chipset. Hardware MPEG2/4, H.264, VC1 and WMV9 high-definition video encoding/decoding, dual displays, HDMI and DVI-I outputs and 7.1 channel high-fidelity sound are all supported and maximum video playback resolution is Full HD 1080i. The MS-9A26 not only delivers high graphics processing performance for low power consumption but can also switch to the Intel® US15WPT chipset for a greater operating temperature range. In addition to its video output capabilities, the MS-9A26 is also equipped with a GbE LAN port, COM port, and four USB 2.0 ports.

In addition to the two internal SATA II ports, CF card and SD card reader slots have also been added to the I/O interface for convenient data access. With its thin and compact exterior, low power consumption and high performance, the MS-9A26 is suitable for all general digital signage, medical electronics, kiosks, gaming, POS and industrial control applications.

MS-9A19 and MS-9A25 Takes Compact to the Next Level
The 3.5" MS-9A19 Single Board Computer uses the Intel® Atom™ N270 processor and the Intel® 945GSE+ICH7M chipset. It has one DDR2 400/533 SO-DIMM slot that can be expanded up to 2GB of memory, and also supports MPEG2 hardware video encoding/decoding, DVI-I output port and dual GbE LAN ports. The ultra-compact form-factor makes it suitable for digital signage, gaming, industrial control, POS or onboard electronic applications. The ultra-thin WindBOX (MS-9A25) uses the same Intel® Atom solution but with an upgraded I/O featuring a DVI-I port, COM port and dual GbE LAN ports. In addition to the existing WiFi WLAN support, it also comes with two Mini-PCIe slots for use by optional H.264, 3G or TV tuner modules.
